Hot Chocolate Recipe

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup canned coconut milk
    *(solid fat blended until all liquid-see note below)
  • 3/4 cup
    almond milk or 1½ cups of light coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp
    Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/3 scoop
    Chocolate Perfect Protein
  • 3 tsp
    Xylitol

Instructions

  1. (Note: Canned coconut milk may be somewhere between solid fat and liquid upon opening. Blend the coconut well prior to adding to recipe.)

    On medium high heat, whisk until well blended.

    Bring JUST to a boil, whisking frequently.

    Add additional Xylitol to taste if necessary.
