This is the Smoothie for the 21 Day Weightloss Challenge!!! It is a MEAL REPLACEMENT smoothie packed full of vital nutrients!

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups
    Kale or Spinach
  • 1 Cup
    Frozen blueberries
  • 2 Cups
    Chilled FULL FAT Coconut Milk or Almond Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon
    Organic Unrefined Coconut Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon
    Flax seed OR Chia Seed OR Hemp Seed
  • 1 Piece
    Grass-Fed or Plant Protein
  • 1 Piece
    Max Greens Powder
  • Water if needed

Instructions

  1. Combine Kale or spinach, berries, coconut milk, coconut oil, flax/chia/hemp seed together in a blender.

    Blend on high until smooth.

    Add Grass-Fed protein and Max Greens to the blender.

    Blend on low speed until combined.
