Yogurt Vegetable Dip

Forget the bean dip, the French onion dip and all the other unhealthy picnic and party mainstays. This creamy dip comes together in no time, and leaves you filled up and feeling good. Enjoy!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek or goat’s milk yogurt
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 2 tbsps finely chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine yogurt, cucumber, dill, lemon juice and garlic.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Chill before serving.
