Sip this drink steaming in the morning or before bed. It might taste a bit strong, so sweeten with stevia or raw honey as you like. Ingredients

  • 1-2 tbsp organic apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • Optional to taste: Liquid stevia or 1 tbsp. raw organic honey or unrefined maple syrup (core plan only)

Instructions
