Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients

  • 8
    organic eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups
    Xylitol
  • 4 tbsp
    Dark Cocoa Powder
  • 4 tbsp
    espresso
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 4 tsp
    grape seed oil
  • 2 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 cans
    black beans (rinsed and drained)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

    Crack 8 eggs into a blender.

    Blend the eggs by themselves for about a minute until they are frothy.

    Add all of the ingredients except the black beans into the blender.

    Blend for another minute.

    Drain and rinse your black beans and then add them to the blender.

    Blend for 3 minutes.

    Spray a glass pan with olive oil cooking spray and pour the blended brownie mix into the pan.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
