Instructions
Start blend coconut milk in a blender, start adding with perfect protein and mix well (if using Vitamix – just put all together).
If you would like to add other ingredients (banana), do it here.
With the blender on a very low setting, add the chia seeds and mix, or just transfer all in big bowl and mix in all chia seeds.
Stir every 5 minutes for the first 15 minutes, then let sit for 30 minutes to 1 hour (seeds will grow bigger).
Then transfer to the refrigerator.
When ready to serve, add toppings:
-Berries
-Nuts
-Seeds
-Coconut
-Cinnamon
-Nutmeg
-Cocoa
-Cocoa Nibs
-Goji Berries
-Apples
-Lemon or lemons extract
-Kiwi
