Ingredients

  • 1 Pound
    organic chicken tenders or breasts pounded thin
  • 1 Cup
    almond flour
  • 2
    free range, organic eggs, whisked
  • 1 Teaspoon
    granulated garlic
  • sea salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional:
    cayenne pepper, paprika, oregano,, mustard powder etc.

Instructions

  1. Dip Chicken in egg, then in almond flour mixture.

    Cook at 425 degrees for 30 minutes, or until browned.

    Serve with veggies of your choice.
