Chinese Cabbage Salad

This is easy and very good for you! Cabbage is nature’s broom and has numerous health benefits. Recipe serves 4-6.


Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs. Soy sauce (tamari)
  • 2 Tbs. Olive oil 1Tbs.
  • Fresh grated ginger
  • 1 Small Napa cabbage cut into thin slices
  • 1 Yellow or red bell pepper cut into thin strips
  • 1 Tbs. Dark sesame oil
  • 2 Tbs. Sesame seeds
  • 3 cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, grated ginger, sesame oil and olive oil.

    Mix cabbage, bell pepper, and cooked chicken, drizzle with soy sauce mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
