Instructions
Place bones in a large stock pot and pour water to cover, Add apple cider vinegar and let stand for 20 mins.
After that, add ginger, onion, garlic, salt, and turmeric and bring to a boil.
Once it has begun to boil, lower the heat down to a medium/high and simmer consistently for about 4 hours while adding water as needed.
Place remaining bones and broth into a slow cooker and keep on low.
You can substitute your morning coffee or tea for a cup of this broth.
It will be good for approximately 4 days in the slow cooker.
