Healthy Hummus Dip

A smooth and creamy dip to put on your vegetables with out the guilt of being unhealthy.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans rinsed chickpeas
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 Tbs. olive oil
  • 2 Tbs. lemon juice
  • Salt and cayenne pepper or paprika

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in food processor or blender until smooth.

    Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. (Serves 4)
