Instructions
Add butter to saucepan and meltover medium heat.
Once melted, add the Monkfruit sweetener and stir constantly
Bring the mixture to a low boil and stir!!!! Do not let it get to a large boil
Stir mixture until it is a nice, dark amber brown color, then remove from heat.
Off the heat, stir in vanilla and salt. Let it cool for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour into an 8x8 glass storage container and refrigerate overnight, or at least 8 hours.
Break into pieces and enjoy!! Store in fridge for up to 7 days.
