Place the butter & Swerve Brown Sugar into a small saucepan
Continuously stir the 2 together until the butter melts into the sugar and the mixture comes to a rolling boil.
Line your baking pan with parchment paper and then place your almond crackers into the pan, evenly spaced in 1 layer.
Pour the brown sugar & butter mixture over the crackers gently, making sure it is evenly dispersed & crackers stay put!
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes; remove from the oven an immediately sprinkle Lily's chocolate chips over the top.
As the chocolate melts, spread it over the crackers!
Top with chopped nuts (optional). Place in fridge to cool for at least 2 hours before breaking apart!
