Ingredients

  • 6 Ounces
    Organic Cream Cheese
  • 4 Tablespoons
    Organic Salted Butter
  • 3 Tablespoons
    Swerve Sweetner
  • 2 Tablespoons
    Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon
    Lemon Zest

Instructions

  1. Let ingredients sit out to get room temperature

  2. Stir sweetener, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a large mixing bowl.

  3. Add softened cream cheese & butter into lemon mixture and beat using an electric hand mixer.

  4. Divide batter onto parchment lined pan into about 16 pieces and freeze until solid. Keep in freezer until ready to eat!
