Mixed Sweet Nuts

Super easy to throw together and even easier to munch on! If you prepare this delightful little snack before your work week begins, then you can tote them with you and diffuse any potential potato chip impulse purchases while you’re on the go.


Ingredients

  • 5 cups of raw, whole almond and/or pecans
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/2 cup xylitol
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

    Cook for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F, or until the nut mixture has browned.
