Instructions
1. Add all of the ingredients for the peanut butter balls to a food processor. (Besides the Lily's Chocolate, coconut oil/butter).
2. Process until completely smooth and a thick dough forms. If you don’t own a food processor, you can use a bowl to mix but it’ll take some elbow grease.
3. Refrigerate the peanut butter mixture for 15+ minutes before rolling into balls.
4. If desired, make the chocolate drizzle by melting 1/3 cup Lily's no sugar added chocolate chips & 1 tsp coconut oil/or butter.
5. Drizzle or dip the balls in chocolate with flaky sea salt. Serve immediately or transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet or plate and refrigerate.
