No-Guilt Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 Cups
    Almond Flour
  • 1/4 Teaspoon
    Sea Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon
    Baking Soda
  • 3/4 Cups
    Xylitol
  • 1
    Organic Egg
  • 1 Tablespoon
    Organic Vanilla
  • 8 Tablespoons
    Organic Butter (1 Stick)
  • 1/2
    Bag of Lily's White Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees

  2. Combine all the dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl

  3. Melt the butter gently in a saucepan

  4. In a separate bowl, mix the butter with the egg and vanilla

  5. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well

  6. Fold in the chocolate chips

  7. Drop tablespoons of batter an inch apart on a baking sheet

  8. Bake until slightly brown around the edges
