In a large skillet, place the coconut oil into the pan and bring up to heat slowly. *About 400 degrees*
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix together.
**OPTION: you can leave out the almond flour and only use to coat the patties. See video!**Separate salmon mixture out into 4-5 equal sized balls.
One at a time, roll the salmon ball into the almond flour, pressing firmly to form into a patty; be sure the Salmon patty is coated on both sides with almond flour!
Place each salmon patty into the hot pan and pan fry on each side for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown!
