Ingredients

  • 1/4
    Large Head Red Cabbage, thinly sliced (about 5 Cups)
  • 2 1/2 Cups
    Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced or shredded
  • 1/3 Cup
    Green Onions, Chopped
  • 1
    Granny Smith Apple, cut into matchsticks
  • 1/3 Cup
    Full Fat Plain Green Yogurt
  • 3 Tablespoons
    Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Teaspoons
    Organic Pressed Sesame Seed Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and let marinate in the refrigerator. Serve chilled!
