Sweet and Salty Roasted Nuts

Instructions
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
Scoop 5 cups of nuts into a mixing bowl.
Separate the yolk from the egg and add the egg white to a separate bowl.
Add 1 Tbs of water with the egg white and stir it a little.
Pour the egg white and water mix into the mixing bowl with the nuts and stir so the nuts are coated.
In a separate bowl mix together 1 cup of Xylitol, 1 tsp of salt and 1 Tbs of Cinnamon.
Pour the contents of the bowl slowly into the mixing bowl while stirring the nuts until they are all coated well.
Place parchment paper onto a backing sheet.
Pour a good amount of nuts on to the parchment paper and separate them so they are in one layer and do not overlap.
Place them into the oven for 10 minutes.
Take them out after 10 minutes, stir the nuts around and place back into the oven for about 7 minutes or until they are a nice golden brown color, make sure they don’t turn too black.
Take out the nuts and let them cool down.
Once cool eat them up and enjoy.
